Reno - Kitchen to be

I like this, left as countertop (can put stove/hood, then tabletop oven,toaster,coffee machine,airfryer etc), right side can put fridge + basin

Another sample, but with attached dinning table. to be consider if this will cause longer path turn to kitchen similar design with attached table.

Option 1: Top + Low kitchen cabinet on both side (without table)
